our company
Phare \Phare\, n. 1. A beacon tower; a lighthouse. [Obs.] 2. Hence, a harbor. --Howell.
We spent our first year of existence, the 2006-07 season, staging everything from the classics ("The Cherry Orchard") to the contemporary ("Snake in Fridge"), from the published ("Unwrap Your Candy") to the original ("Callback"), from the comedic ("The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged]") to the dramatic ("Dark of the Moon").
For our 2008-09 season, we will dabble in the classics, while continuing to produce original, provocative, full-length plays. Except this year we'll have a strong emphasis on comedy. Call it the "Year of the Laugh." We hope you'll join us this year as we continue our mission to "Explore, Engage, Entice!"
