A new musical for a new generation with a classic plot
Premiere of the musical was in February 2011.
The audience liked the musical based on fairy tales of Pushkin for 6 months.
On October, 15 in the Concert Hall “Izmailovo” there will be an opening of a new season with a presentation of the national musical “Lukomorye” which is the winner of the Russian Guinness Book as the first national musical and it also won a gold medal of the Moscow Government for great cultural and educational activities, resort to the historical past and the basic values of Russia.
The play was made by composer Eugene Zagot, director – Honored Artist Andrew Sharnin, choreographers Marina Jackiewicz, Alex Waltz, costume designer Mary Dzhivelegova.
The best creative actors of the producing center “Triumph” – the creator of musical performances “The Bremen Town Musicians”, “The Kid and Carlson” – are involved in the musical: Evgeny Aksenov, who plays Koshchei, Sergey Sorokin as the Wood Spirit, Alexander Shuvalov (Ivan Tsarevich), Alice Sumenkova (Helen the Beauty), Andriy Klyuev (The old Borovichok), Anton Derov (Baba Yaga), etc.
In the new season, the audience of Lukomorye will get a lot of pleasant surprises.

On October 15-16 there will be a real Russian market.
On the local fairy tale Fair, visitors can enjoy pickled mushrooms by Baba Yaga, dried berries from Lukomorye, sugar cocks, pretzels and gingerbread.
In the hall, the audience will learn how to dance Kamarinskaya, can talk “heart to heart” with the mighty and wise oak tree, catch a goldfish, and make a wish.
This fall, bright and kind performance based on Pushkin’s fairy tales with beautiful music, colorful scenery, rich costumes, daring stunts and spectacular special effects will welcome visitors once again!
From October 15 (weekends), performance starts at 12.00 and 16.00, the duration of the play (with intermission) is 1h 40min.
